Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) on chronic and critical equipment failures. Develop and improve Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Predictive Maintenance (PdM) programs. Partner with maintenance technicians to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and controls-related equipment. Develop equipment criticality assessments and asset reliability strategies. Manage reliability improvement projects and capital projects. What makes you a good fit Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or Reliability Engineering. Engineering Technology or equivalent technical experience may be accepted. 3+ years in industrial maintenance, reliability engineering, manufacturing engineering, or a related field. This range reflects the good‑faith minimum and maximum hourly rate the Company reasonably expects to offer for this position at the time of posting.
