Position Overview The Technical Lead serves as the technical authority for E-House testing, quality assurance, quality control, and technical governance activities. This individual contributor role is responsible for ensuring E-House solutions are designed, manufactured, inspected, tested, and delivered in accordance with customer requirements, Schneider Electric standards, and applicable industry codes and standards. What will you do?
  • Serve as the technical subject matter expert for E-House solutions throughout design, manufacturing, testing, and project execution phases.
  • Lead technical reviews, verification, and validation of E-House systems to ensure compliance with customer specifications, company standards, and applicable codes.
  • Perform and oversee Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), quality inspections, and technical audits for medium and large E-House projects.
  • Review engineering drawings, electrical schematics, control wiring diagrams, equipment layouts, and technical documentation for quality and compliance.
  • Support quality assurance and quality control activities by reviewing engineering deliverables, manufacturing documentation, test procedures, and inspection plans.
  • Develop, maintain, and improve testing standards, acceptance criteria, quality processes, and commissioning procedures.
  • Identify technical risks, design deficiencies, manufacturing concerns, and quality issues, and drive corrective and preventive actions.
