Job Description

Project focus We are looking for a Commissioning Engineer to support the testing and commissioning of critical MEP systems from pre-functional checks through functional performance testing and Integrated Systems Testing. You will coordinate with construction, engineering, controls, and QA/QC teams to ensure systems are ready for testing, identify deficiencies, and support final turnover. Key skills and Experience required 3+ years of commissioning experience within data centers, mission-critical, industrial, or complex facilities Strong understanding of MEP systems, with an electrical or mechanical background preferred Experience with L1-L5 commissioning and Integrated Systems Testing (IST) Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, sequences of operation, and test scripts Experience witnessing and executing testing of critical MEP systems Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Experience coordinating with GCs, MEP contractors, vendors, controls teams, and clients Experience tracking commissioning deficiencies, test results, and turnover documentation Experience with generators, UPS, switchgear, MV/LV systems, EPMS/BMS, cooling systems, or controls Experience with load bank, failover, redundancy, or failure-mode testing is highly desirable Strong communication and technical documentation skills If this role is of interest, please apply with an updated resume.
