Manufacturing Why This Opportunity Stands Out Improve the performance and lifespan of critical plant equipment Work directly with maintenance, operations, and engineering teams Take ownership of projects that reduce downtime and prevent repeat failures What You'll Be Doing Troubleshoot fixed and rotating equipment and recommend practical repairs Investigate equipment failures and improve preventive and predictive maintenance plans Support equipment repairs, turnarounds, upgrades, installations, and startup activities What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related engineering field At least five years of reliability, maintenance, or plant engineering experience Industrial equipment experience in chemical manufacturing, refining, pipelines, or a similar plant environment Equal Employment Opportunity #MPIAJ
