Job Description Serve as the primary quality representative supporting manufacturing operations and process improvement activities. Evaluate manufacturing processes and product controls, identifying opportunities to improve quality, yield and operational performance. Lead and support corrective and preventive action initiatives to address process and product issues. Partner with engineering and operations teams to investigate manufacturing challenges impacting quality and performance. Drive root cause investigations and implement effective solutions for customer and internal quality concerns. Collaborate with suppliers to ensure incoming materials meet established specifications and quality standards. Participate in process, material and manufacturing change reviews while providing quality guidance and risk assessments. Support quality system compliance efforts, internal audits and continuous improvement initiatives. Analyse process data and utilise statistical tools to identify trends, risks and opportunities for improvement. Develop quality metrics, reporting tools and dashboards to support performance monitoring and decision-making. Communicate quality-related risks, findings and recommendations to cross-functional teams and leadership. Champion quality engineering best practices throughout the organisation. The Successful Applicant Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemistry or a related technical discipline. Minimum 3 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, quality engineering, process engineering or a similar technical environment. Understanding of semiconductor devices and semiconductor manufacturing processes. Experience working within a manufacturing environment alongside engineering and operations teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets. Excellent written, verbal and presentation communication skills. Strong organisational and project management abilities. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams. Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of SPC, Process Capability Analysis, DOE, FMEA, Control Plans and Six Sigma methodologies. Experience using statistical analysis software such as JMP, Minitab or similar tools. Familiarity with quality standards including
ISO 9001, AS9100D, IATF
16949, MIL-STD-883 and
MIL-STD-750.
Experience supporting supplier quality, manufacturing quality or semiconductor process improvement initiatives. Ability to travel occasionally as business needs require.
