ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Assist in maintaining AS9100 certification, including writing procedures, training new team members, and handling QA administrative requirements. Perform internal quality audits and support corrective actions. Collect and analyze data for statistical process control (SPC) projects. Generate graphs, diagrams, and technical reports as required. Support customer claim and complaint systems, as well as non-conformance management (NCM). Participate in continuous improvement projects. Review furnace certification documentation for accuracy. Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe working area; observe all safety rules and regulations. Perform work in accordance with ECFG's AS9001 Quality Management System. At times the employee may be required to perform work in accordance with ISO 17025, Nadcap or other Standards. During testing the team member is considered to be a part of Quality Department and shall not be pressured by outside influences.
QUALIFICATIONS EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE AND/OR TRAINING
Two year technical degree preferably in Quality/Statistical Analysis; 4-year technical degree in Statistics or Engineering preferred. Experience in metals industry, in Quality, Metallurgy or Statistics preferred Experience and Formal Training in Statistical Analysis, Statistical Process Control, Lean Manufacturing along with the
AS9001, ISO
17025 and Nadcap Quality Standards preferred.
