$100,000.00 - $120,000.00 Responsibilities Lead and manage the quality team and quality programs Develop and maintain quality standards, policies, and procedures Ensure compliance with company and industry quality requirements Monitor quality performance and drive improvement initiatives Oversee audits, inspections, and corrective actions Collaborate with operations and engineering to improve product quality Analyze quality data and report on performance to leadership Requirements Degree or relevant experience in engineering, quality, or related field Extensive experience in quality management or leadership roles Strong understanding of quality systems and standards Strong leadership and decision-making abilities Analytical and problem-solving skills Attention to detail and quality focus Effective communication and team management skills System One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé and Mountain Ltd., are leaders in delivering outsourced services and workforce solutions across North America.
