Drive reliability improvements within a growing site Work in a collaborative environment with like-minded individuals About Our Client A large Lancaster County manufacturer operates one of the region's biggest aluminum rolling and finishing facilities, producing high-performance sheet and plate products for aerospace, automotive, defense, transportation, and industrial markets. With decades of metallurgical expertise, advanced manufacturing processes, and ongoing investments in infrastructure and sustainability, the site is a key employer and an important contributor to the regional manufacturing economy. Job Description Lead process improvement and equipment reliability initiatives across manufacturing operations. Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to improve plant performance. Support preventive and predictive maintenance programmes to maximise equipment uptime. Manage capital and operational projects from concept through execution. Collaborate with production, maintenance, engineering, and external stakeholders on improvement activities. Analyse operational data and identify opportunities to increase efficiency and reduce costs. Support asset management and reliability-centred maintenance strategies. Provide technical expertise and guidance while promoting a strong safety culture. The Successful Applicant Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline. Proven experience within a manufacturing or industrial engineering environment. Background in process optimisation, reliability engineering, or continuous improvement initiatives. Proficiency with AutoCAD or similar CAD software. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Experience managing multiple projects and priorities effectively. Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities. Knowledge of PLC systems, reliability methodologies, or heavy manufacturing processes would be advantageous.
