Job Description Lead process improvement and equipment reliability initiatives across manufacturing operations. Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to improve plant performance. Support preventive and predictive maintenance programmes to maximise equipment uptime. Manage capital and operational projects from concept through execution. Collaborate with production, maintenance, engineering, and external stakeholders on improvement activities. Analyse operational data and identify opportunities to increase efficiency and reduce costs. Support asset management and reliability-centred maintenance strategies. Provide technical expertise and guidance while promoting a strong safety culture. The Successful Applicant Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline. Proven experience within a manufacturing or industrial engineering environment. Background in process optimisation, reliability engineering, or continuous improvement initiatives. Proficiency with AutoCAD or similar CAD software. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Experience managing multiple projects and priorities effectively. Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities. Knowledge of PLC systems, reliability methodologies, or heavy manufacturing processes would be advantageous.
