Job Description
Join our team as a Quality Claims Analyst and help us deliver exceptional quality across our distribution network. This hands-on role puts you at the heart of our operations, ensuring every product meets the standards our customers expect. What will you do?
- Drive quality culture across distribution sites through hands-on process control and quality assurance
- Identify logistics and manufacturing issues and coordinate with stakeholders to implement corrective actions
- Improve process robustness to minimize quality risks and protect customer satisfaction
- Oversee quality standards for rework and adaptation lines using disciplined change management practices
- Respond to inquirires from Customer Service, build claims packets, research documentation, conduct investigations into OS&D claims.
- Respond to customer complaints using BFO Salesforce
- Create non-conformances related to customer complaints What are the key skills we are looking for?
