Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Pharmaceutical Validation Consultant with 5-10+ years of hands-on validation experience in FDA-regulated pharmaceutical packaging environments. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record validating automated packaging equipment and working directly alongside packaging operations to support qualification, compliance, and process execution.
Key Qualifications:
5-10+ years of pharmaceutical validation experience, preferably within packaging operations Direct experience in FDA-regulated manufacturing environments Strong background in validation of automated packaging equipment and systems Comfortable working on the production floor and collaborating with packaging teams Pharmaceutical industry experience strongly preferred
Preferred Skills:
Serialization and track-and-trace system experience Knowledge of serial number management, database integration, and supply chain serialization processes Experience with serialization software platforms Prior hands-on packaging line experience
Work Environment:
Hybrid work model with flexibility based on project requirements Minimal local travel only Preference for local candidates who can provide onsite support
Compensation:
Competitive compensation ranging from $100,000 to $175,000 annually, based on experience, technical expertise, and qualifications. This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly specialized team supporting critical pharmaceutical packaging and validation initiatives in a challenging market with strong demand for qualified professionals.
