Job Description Summary This role is responsible for driving Quality and Standard Work initiatives across the Configuration Management and Product Definition Engineering (CMPD) organization. As a member of the General Manager's staff, the Quality Leader will collaborate closely with process leaders to establish robust and sustainable processes which meet our customer's needs with first time quality. Job Description Essential Responsibilities Lead CMPD's implementation of ISO 9001, QMS, audit and surveillance processes Drive the creation and maintenance of standard work across CMPD teams for the following quality categories Product quality
- drawing/model correctness Standard Work and Quality Procedure Management
- work instructions/procedures; how to document/measure quality, metrics, etc. Tools quality
- ensuring application rollouts include a control mechanism for improvement and validation of effectiveness (usage, time savings, etc) and maintaining coding standards Data quality
- master data management of critical objects and attributes; health of data between interfacing systems (i.e. PLM
- ERP); ties to product quality in PLM and of information flow upstream and downstream Own CMPD's repositories of standard work (Confluence, etc.

Yes For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $131,700.00 and $219,300.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set.Bonus eligibility:
