Work closely with Production, Engineering, Maintenance, and Operations to resolve manufacturing and quality issues. Support APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, IMDS, and production launch activities. Maintain and improve IATF 16949 and ISO quality management systems. Participate in customer and supplier quality meetings, audits, and plant visits. Investigate customer concerns, warranty issues, and production variances while driving effective corrective actions. Support non-conforming material reviews, scrap reduction initiatives, and process improvements. Coordinate PPAP documentation and customer submissions. Help develop standardized work while supporting continuous improvement throughout the facility. Contribute to maintaining world-class quality standards across all manufacturing operations. What We Need Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related technical field. Minimum of two years of quality engineering experience within a stamping, robotic assembly, or automotive manufacturing environment.
