Compensation & Benefits:
$33-$37/hour based on experience Comprehensive benefits package 401(k) with company match Relocation assistance available Climate-controlled / air-conditioned facility Advancement opportunities and internal promotion culture
Schedule:
6:00 PM - 6:00 AM Week 1: Work 3 days / Off 4 days Week 2: Work 4 days / Off 3 days Built-in long weekends every other week Only work half the month More time for family, hobbies, and life outside of work
What You'll Do:
Troubleshoot and repair KUKA, ABB and FANUC robotic systems Perform preventive maintenance on presses, conveyors, and production equipment Diagnose electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC-related issues Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime Utilize SAP and Captor systems to document repairs and PM activities Participate in continuous improvement initiatives—your input matters Follow all safety procedures including lockout/tagout and machine guarding requirements

High school diploma or GED required Associate's Degree preferred Previous maintenance experience in an automated manufacturing environment Strong troubleshooting skills and a desire to continue learning and growing Why Join Us? $33.00 - $37.00 per hour
