Position Responsibilities- Essential Ensure a high level of internal and external customer service is established and maintained. Investigate and correct customer issues and complaints relating to part quality. Supervise workers engaged in inspection and testing activities to ensure high productivity and high technical integrity. Develop and analyze statistical data and product specifications to determine standards and to establish quality and reliability expectancy of finished products. Provide technical and statistical information and reports back to the management team daily. Formulate, document and maintain quality control standards and on-going quality control objectives. Coordinate objectives with production procedures in cooperation with EuWe managers to maximize product reliability and minimize costs. Maintain and enhance the company's performance relative to the established EuWe quality managment system. Create, document and implement inspection criteria and procedures. Interpret quality assurance philosophy to key personnel within company. Provide, and oversee, inspection activity for product throughout production cycle. Apply total quality management tools and approaches to analytical and reporting processes. Interact with vendors to ensure quality of all purchased parts This position provides oversight of the Customer Quality Liaisons of the quality department. • Skilled in the use of Core Tools (PPAP, APQP, FMEA, SPC, MSA)
• Relevant experience may be substituted for all or a portion of the education requirement at the discretion of the management team.
• Knowledge of Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, problem solving tools and 5S theories and practices is critical.
• Knowledge and use of Microsoft Office tools required as well as other software programs.
• Knowledge regarding

will be considered as a plus. Beneficial Skills and Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Quality Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Mechanical engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a quality engineer position; preferably in a manufacturing environment.
