In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure products and manufacturing processes consistently meet customer expectations, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. You will play a key role in driving continuous improvement, supporting production, resolving quality issues, and maintaining compliance with quality management systems. This is an excellent opportunity for a quality professional who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and is passionate about operational excellence. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field. 1+ years of experience in high-volume manufacturing. Working knowledge of ISO and/or IATF quality standards. Experience with APQP, Control Plans, PFMEA, Process Flow Diagrams, 8D problem solving, and Inspection Plans. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Proficiency with quality improvement methodologies, including Six Sigma, is preferred. Responsibilities Serve as a technical quality resource for manufacturing by developing and maintaining APQP documentation, including Control Plans, PFMEAs, Process Flow Diagrams, and Inspection Plans. Support production teams in achieving quality objectives and maintaining compliance with company quality policies and customer requirements. Monitor daily manufacturing operations to ensure adherence to established quality standards and procedures. Utilize quality engineering tools and Six Sigma methodologies to identify root causes, implement corrective actions, and drive continuous process improvements. Investigate customer quality concerns, implement containment activities, and lead or support 8D problem-solving efforts to ensure timely and effective resolution. Ensure compliance with applicable ISO, IATF, and customer-specific quality requirements. Develop, implement, and track quality improvement action plans to enhance product performance and manufacturing efficiency. Support internal and external audits and assist with maintaining the organization's quality management system. Promote and support the company's mission, core values, Code of Conduct, and continuous improvement initiatives. Champion workplace organization and safety by supporting 5S and safety programs. Travel to customer locations as needed to support quality initiatives and strengthen customer relationships.
