Quality Engineer

Adecco Permanent Recruitment has partnered with a manufacturing client in the Cookeville, TN area to find a full-time Quality Engineer.

• Responsibilities:

• + Support plant quality systems and customer quality requirements + Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for quality and production issues + Develop and maintain PFMEA, Control Plans, and Work Instructions + Monitor KPIs, scrap, rework, and warranty data; drive continuous improvement + Support internal and external audits + Interface with customers and suppliers on quality issues + Support APQP, PPAP, and new product launches •Qualifications•+ Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field + 3+ years of quality engineering experience within a manufacturing environment.

Heavy industrial, plastics, automotive, or similar industry preferred. + Strong knowledge of

IATF 16949, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC

+ Experience with problem-solving tools and data analysis + Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills + Six Sigma Green or Black Belt preferred

• $60,000.
