Job Description

  • Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for ECU Product Expertise/Troubleshooting, Mfg Quality Support, Quality System, New Model Confirmations & Reliability Analysis.
  • Regularly leading technical problem solving Cross Functional Meetings for investigation of root cause and countermeasure planning.
  • Regularly leading technical meetings and presentations.
  • Regularly performing deep analysis of product and manufacturing process.
  • Regularly identifying, quantifying and leading engineering, system, and quality improvement projects that have significant impact.
  • Occasional domestic and foreign travel.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering discipline.
  • 3-5+ years engineering experience or Co-op equivalent, in manufacturing, quality or related field.
  • Strong verbal & written communication skills.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office applications.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering discipline.
  • Experience leading peer-team projects.
  • Experience working in a multi-cultural environment.
  • Familiar with automotive industry quality systems and requirements.
