The Continuous Improvement (CI) Engineer will serve as a subject matter expert and strategic leader for operational excellence initiatives across Tesla's manufacturing operations. This role is responsible for driving large-scale Lean Six Sigma deployments, leading complex cross-functional improvement programs, and developing CI capability across the organization The ideal candidate brings extensive hands-on experience in high-volume manufacturing environments and a proven track record of delivering measurable business results through structured problem solving and waste elimination. This role will be based out of the Greater Houston Area (TX) and will require 50% travel to the Bay Area (CA) to support early builds and validation support for the next 3-4 months. What You'll Do Develop and implement comprehensive quality management system to ensure product specifications and industry standards are met Investigate and resolve quality-related issues and defects, and report on quality performance to company stakeholders.
