Do:

• Monitor & Analyze:

  Track telemetry from services, applications, and prototype devices to assess operational health and identify anomalies early.

• Investigate & Triage:

  Utilize telemetry dashboards to investigate issues, gather and analyze logs (including hands-on device support), and assign bugs.

• Release Support:

  Validate deployments and track service health during ring deployments to ensure smooth software rollouts.

Collaborate:

Work directly with engineering teams to support mitigations, fixes, rollbacks, and post-release verification.

What We Are Looking For:

• Experience:

  5-7 years in Software Engineering, DevOps, SRE, or Production Operations.

• Telemetry & Troubleshooting:

  3+ years of experience with telemetry analysis, logging tools, and live system troubleshooting.

• OS Expertise:

  Strong proficiency with the Android (Mobile OS) ecosystem.
