Job Description

About the Role As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will serve as a pivotal link between product design and manufacturing excellence. You will champion continuous improvement initiatives, leverage advanced analytical tools to mitigate risks, and empower cross-functional teams to uphold the highest standards of product integrity. Responsibilities Lead structured problem-solving initiatives and mentor team members in root cause analysis techniques. Develop and maintain robust Control Plans and PFMEA documentation to proactively manage process risks. Execute machine capability studies to identify and capitalize on opportunities for process optimization. Oversee the resolution of supplier quality issues to ensure seamless production workflows. Manage the procurement and integration of precision inspection and testing equipment. Supervise quality audit personnel to ensure rigorous adherence to engineering specifications. Drive a culture of accountability by utilizing KPI boards to track action items and meet operational goals. Foster an environment where every team member is empowered to identify and resolve quality concerns at the source. Qualifications Required Skills Associate degree in Engineering, Quality, or a related Manufacturing discipline. 2-4 years of professional experience in quality assurance or control environments. Proficiency in quality methodologies including FMEA, process mapping, and capability studies. Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to lead project teams. Preferred Skills Bachelor degree in Engineering, Quality, or a related Manufacturing field. Advanced knowledge of Six Sigma principles and statistical process control. Demonstrated success in managing cross-functional quality improvement projects. Experience with data-driven decision-making in a high-volume manufacturing setting.
