- Working knowledge of systems engineering principles and processes
- Demonstrated experience quickly learning new concepts and approaches
- Experience in the design, development, and integration of ground system software, networking, and/or RF antenna programs.
- Active Secret clearance required at time of application Basic Qualifications for a Level 2:
- 2 years of relevant experience with Bachelor of Science degree in a STEM discipline; 0 years with Masters
- Working knowledge of systems engineering principles and processes
- Demonstrated experience quickly learning new concepts and approaches
- Experience in the design, development, and integration of ground system software, networking, and/or RF antenna programs.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Model-Based System Engineering (MBSE), SysML and Cameo
- Familiarity with space vehicle ground segment design
- Proven ability to iterate quickly on design and development processes, incorporating feedback and making improvements
- Experience with Agile development
- Effectively communicate and present to project and program management, other technical managers and customers
- Experience integrating MBSE models with requirements management tools (e.
DOORS/DNG
) to support end-to-end traceability and verification planning.- Experience with technical writing and team building skills Salary Range Associate MBSE Engineer
- Level 1: $76,200 to $114,400 MBSE Engineer
- Level 2: $91,800 to $137,600
Primary Level Salary Range:
$76,200.00- $114,400.
Secondary Level Salary Range:
$91,800.00- $173,600.
