Salary will be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. Software Verification Engineer II/Senior Verification Engineer Engineer II Estimated annual base pay: $77,000(minimum)
- $100,000 (midpoint)
- $123,000(maximum) Senior Engineer Estimated annual base pay: $93,000 (minimum)
- $121,000 (midpoint)
- $149,000(maximum) All members included in annual cash bonus opportunity.
Military Leave Engineer II Key Responsibilities:
Conduct Software Verification:
Cooperates in creating test methodologies and running tests, ensuring quality standards and timely delivery to meet project schedules. Collaborate withCross Functional Teams:
Works closely with product, QA, and other engineering teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment of software projects with business objectives.Resolve Technical Issues:
Identifies, analyzes, and addresses moderately complex technical problems, utilizing technical expertise and available resources to implement effective solutions.Mentor Junior Engineers:
Provides informal guidance and support to new team members, fostering a collaborative environment and enhancing team capabilities.Ensure Quality Standards:
Maintains high quality standards by reviewing code, conducting thorough testing, and ensuring adherence to best practices and project requirements.Key Skills:

Proficient in current software development languages and tools essential for the role.Problem Analysis:

Advanced Programming:
Experience with National Instruments' LabVIEW and TestStand is a plus; Python language programming experience desirable. Expertise in multiple programming languages and frameworks relevant to the software engineering field.System Architecture Design:
Proficient in designing scalable, robust, and maintainable software architectures.Complex Problem Solving:
Ability to analyze and resolve intricate technical challenges using innovative approaches.Project Leadership:
Skilled in leading software development projects from inception to completion with minimal supervision.Technical Mentorship:
