Job DescriptionWe are seeking a capable Embedded Software Verification Engineer with experience in real-time embedded software verification.
The ideal candidate will be capable of reliably receiving and implementing a verification strategy in alignment with verification lifecycles to satisfy DO-178 objectives. This individual will provide reliable verification results to certification and development teams.
Collaborate with hardware, development, and certification teams.
Ensure compliance of verification artifacts in accordance with DO-178C objectives.
Awareness of a variety of testing strategies such as simulation, integration, target hardware, and Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) environments.
Ensure efficient and accurate implementation of testing solutions in alignment with high-level and low-level requirements, including accurate traceability.
Identify, isolate, and analyze verification findings.
Support verification efforts in alignment to developed schedules and quality objectives while interfacing with internal stakeholders.
Provide technical support to junior engineers.
QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering, or Mathematics discipline.
Minimum of 3+ years of experience in embedded software development or verification.
Strong understanding of:
Verification methods and strategiesC/C++ or similar embedded languagesPython and other equivalent scripting languagesStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and root-cause investigation skills.
Proficient written and verbal communication skills.
U.S. Citizenship is required. Dual citizenship should be disclosed.
Able to travel approximately up to two weeks per year.
