20+ #GRPA We are urgently hiring multiple Software Verification Engineers for a long-term avionics software program. These positions will test and verify C/C++ code used in aircraft display systems and ensure compliance with DO-178 standards. This is not a fully remote position. Engineers must be able to follow a repeating schedule of two weeks onsite in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, followed by three weeks working remotely.Required Qualifications:
Hands-on DO-178 software verification experience is required Experience testing or verifying C/C++ code Requirements-based software testing experience Understanding of software requirements traceability and verification documentation Experience with SVN/Subversion U.S. citizenship required due to ITAR-controlled work Ability to work the required Cedar Rapids hybrid rotationPreferred Qualifications:
Aircraft display-system experience Cockpit displays, EFIS, PFD, MFD, EICAS or flight-management-system experience OpenGL experience DO-178B or DO-178C Level A/B experience Avionics or other safety-critical embedded software experiencePosition Details:
