What You'll Do:
Engage with internal and external stakeholders to elicit, define, validate, and manage business, customer, technical, and partner requirements. Establish and manage Systems Engineering, Validation, and Verification approaches, plans, and processes across engineering programmes. Develop and maintain integrated Requirements, Design Rationale, Design Definition, and Verification structures, ensuring traceability from customer needs through to system, subsystem, and component levels. Define and deliver verification, certification, qualification, and substantiation strategies, ensuring technical solutions meet applicable business, customer, and regulatory requirements. Coach and support engineering teams on Systems Engineering, Validation, and Verification activities, using programme data to identify and reduce technical risk and support successful delivery.What You'll Bring:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering. 5+ years of Lean-focused project engineering experience. 5+ years of design experience. 5+ years of requirements management and systems engineering experience 5+ years of experience in project engineering tasks in industry. 5+ years of Maval and genset experienceWhat Sets You Apart:
