Job Summary:

We are seeking a Field Verification & Asset Management Engineer with experience in Oil & Gas , Process, FMCG, Pharma, Food, or Packaging plants . The role focuses on plant walkdowns, asset verification, asset master data, equipment hierarchy, maintenance programs, and CMMS implementation. Experience with Maximo or SAP PM is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct plant asset walkdowns and field verification of mechanical equipment. Review P&IDs, equipment drawings, OEM manuals, and plant documentation . Develop and maintain asset registers and equipment hierarchies . Validate equipment tags, technical attributes, and asset master data . Develop PM plans, Job Plans, Task Lists, and maintenance procedures . Validate Bills of Materials (BoM) and equipment criticality. Prepare and validate Maximo/SAP PM upload templates . Support CMMS data cleansing, standardization, and enrichment . Coordinate with Maintenance, Reliability, Operations, Engineering, OEMs, and vendors . Support client reviews, technical discussions, and project reporting.

Required Qualifications:

5-7 years of relevant plant/industrial experience. Mechanical Engineering background. Experience in FMCG, Pharma, Food, Packaging, or Process plants . Strong field/plant walkdown and equipment verification experience. Good understanding of asset management, maintenance, and reliability . Experience with Maximo, SAP PM, or other CMMS platforms . Ability to read and interpret P&IDs and mechanical drawings . Knowledge of PM, BoM, equipment hierarchy, and asset master data . Strong communication and coordination skills.

Pay:

$80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
