Field Verification Engineer Location:

Midland, TX — Onsite Job Summary Seeking a Field Verification Engineer with strong mechanical engineering, asset management, and CMMS experience to support asset data development and verification for industrial facilities. The role focuses on field walkdowns, asset registers, equipment hierarchies, preventive maintenance, BoM validation, and CMMS data readiness. Responsibilities Conduct asset walkdowns and field verification activities. Review P&IDs, equipment drawings, manuals, and plant documentation. Develop and maintain asset registers, equipment hierarchies, and asset master data. Develop preventive maintenance (PM) plans, Job Plans, and Task Lists. Validate Bills of Materials (BoM) for mechanical assets. Prepare Maximo/SAP-ready asset upload templates. Support CMMS data cleansing, enrichment, and standardization. Define maintenance strategies based on equipment criticality and OEM recommendations. Coordinate with maintenance, reliability, operations, engineering, OEMs, and vendors. Participate in client reviews and provide progress updates. Required Qualifications BE/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering. 5-7 years of experience in process or packaging plants . Experience in Asset Management and CMMS . Experience with Maximo, SAP PM, or other CMMS platforms . Experience with asset walkdowns, field verification, and asset master data. Strong understanding of mechanical equipment and maintenance strategies. Ability to interpret P&IDs, equipment drawings, and technical manuals . Preferred Qualifications Experience in FMCG, Pharma, or Food Processing industries. CMMS implementation, migration, or data cleansing experience. Experience with equipment reliability, criticality assessments, and OEM coordination. Work Requirements Onsite in Midland, Texas . Ability to perform field verification and asset walkdowns in industrial/process plant environments.
