- 11245 Stanley Consultants is seeking a Senior Water Engineer to join our West Palm Beach, FL office in support of a multi-disciplinary team delivering projects throughout the US Virgin Islands.

What You Will Be Doing:
Lead multi-disciplinary teams in the planning and delivery of water and wastewater projects across the US Virgin Islands. Collaborate effectively with civil, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation and controls, structural, and CAD disciplines in the development of project plans and specifications. Provide engineering support during the procurement and execution of projects. Occasional fieldwork, such as site investigations and client meetings, as well as travel will be required. Interface with equipment suppliers to prepare materials and equipment specifications. Consistently managing and delivering projects on time and within budget. Desire and ability to manage and mentor staff.Required Qualifications:
A minimum of a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in either Civil Engineering, or Environmental Engineering is required; a Master of Science (MS) degree is preferred. A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience. Professional Engineer (PE) license in Florida and US Virgin Islands is required; or must be able to obtain within 6 months of hire date. Demonstrated regional and technical expertise in water and wastewater engineering. Strong verbal communication, computer proficiency, and organizational capabilities. Ability to effectively communicate in both in-person and virtual formats. Excellent technical writing skills. Demonstrated leadership of design teams in a project delivery environment.
