Job Description
Civil Wastewater Engineer (223838-11) Full-time opening for a licensed Civil (Wastewater) Engineer in Honolulu. Perform engineering calculations and design to transform concept designs into construction drawings and technical specifications. Applicants must have a minimum of four years of related experience and proficiency with AutoCAD. This is a great opportunity to work with one of Hawaii's leading engineering firms! Hours Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm Location Kalihi, Honolulu, Oahu Pay $70,000 to $130,000 a year Responsibilities Transform concept designs into construction drawings and technical specifications. Ensure project meets required state and federal regulations and standards. Regularly monitor project progress to ensure compliance with specifications. Provide written communication to clients, management, and other project stakeholders. Provide project-specific technical information to the team including Project Manager, Project Coordinator or Senior Engineer for incorporation into project specifications. Prepare basic civil and mechanical process drawings for submittal to various agencies. Utilize AutoCAD and various hydraulic software applications Qualifications Bachelor's degree required. Master's degree in civil or environmental engineering a plus. Minimum 4 years of engineering experience. PE license required. Proficiency using AutoCAD and other design software. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
