What You'll Do:

Lead water and wastewater treatment, distribution, and collection system projects from planning through construction. Manage project scope, budgets, schedules, and client relationships. Mentor engineering staff and provide technical leadership. Prepare and review engineering reports, calculations, specifications, and construction documents. Partner with municipalities, regulatory agencies, and project stakeholders. Support business development and help grow the firm's municipal client base.

What We're Looking For:

Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, or related Engineering. 10+ years of water/wastewater engineering experience. Professional Engineer (PE) license or ability to obtain shortly after hire. Experience managing municipal water and wastewater projects. Strong leadership, project management, and client relationship skills. Business development or consulting experience is a plus.
