Job Description

Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hydraulic Modeling Engineer with a strong background in drinking water distribution systems to join our growing team. As a Hydraulic Modeling Engineer, you will directly contribute to the planning, design, and construction of water infrastructure projects, with a specific focus on water distribution systems. This opportunity involves working with a growing team of hydraulic modelers on a variety of projects locally, regionally, and nationwide.
Your Responsibilities :
Develop and calibrate hydraulic models for water distribution systems and analyzing model results to develop recommendations for our clients Assist on master planning and design projects Perform booster station analyses for water systems to assess capacity, reliability, and energy efficiency Develop future water demand projections Design and deliver digital tools and dashboards Prepare clear, concise technical reports and presentations Fieldwork and site visits from design through construction may be required Analyze and process large amounts of complex data Requirements 2-5 years of experience Strong interest in hydraulic modeling and water industry Knowledge hydraulic principles and analyses, as well as experience with or a strong desire to learn hydraulic modeling software Excellent communication skills Strong critical thinking, attention to detail, problem-solving and organizational skills? Bachelor's degree in environmental, civil, or mechanical engineering from an ABET-accredited U.S. program? EIT preferred Experience with InfoWater, WaterGEMS, or EPANET preferred
