Spring, TX This opportunity is suited to a senior technical specialist with deep expertise in industrial water treatment, wastewater treatment and produced water systems. The role offers broad technical scope across operating facilities, capital projects, research, technology development initiatives and sustainability programmes, with a strong focus on operational excellence, treatment strategy and water reuse. This position will support complex engineering decisions, performance improvement and sustainable water management across industrial environments.Required Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related engineering discipline
Required Experience:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in industrial water, wastewater and produced water treatment, water reuse, process engineering, or related fields
- Demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing water management solutions
- Experience supporting both operating facilities and capital project execution
- Experience leading technical investigations, root cause analysis, treatment chemistry evaluation and corrective action planning
- Experience providing technical oversight across project basis development, system design, startup support and performance optimisation for existing and greenfield facilities
- Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and influence technical decisions across organisations
Required Skills:
- Technical leadership in water, wastewater and produced water treatment strategy development, selection and implementation
- Strong knowledge of water sourcing, minimisation, reuse and treatment approaches aligned with economic, sustainability, reliability and operational objectives
- Ability to evaluate, develop and deploy established, emerging and proprietary water treatment technologies
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with operations, engineering, research, technology and business teams
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Ability to maintain a flexible work schedule to support global teams
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in industrial sectors such as energy, chemicals, refining, petrochemicals, mining, manufacturing, or water utilities
