The successful candidate will hold a degree in English or education and demonstrate an innovative approach to curriculum design and instruction. In addition to teaching duties, modest evening and weekend duties (e.g., advising a club or activity, coaching, supervision of shared spaces) are required of all academic and student life faculty.

Responsibilities:

Teaching writing courses with focuses on process, multimodality, genre, and rhetorical analysis; teaching literature with a focus on literary analysis. Incorporate technology and other resources to enhance student learning. Collaborate with colleagues to continually revise and implement the curriculum to adjust to diverse learners. Communicate regularly with students, parents, and colleagues about student progress. Engage in the boarding school community and co-curricular programs as well as provide inspirational and innovative education in the classroom setting.

Salary Range:

$45,121 to $64,230 Eagle Hill offers faculty housing in addition to medical, dental, vision, life insurance benefits, long-term disability, 403(b) retirement savings plan, paid time off, and more. Employees may choose to enroll in plans that best meet their personal needs.
