Job Description
Job Summary :
• Provide day-to-day administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the Graduate, RISE and Online programs. Supports the Executive Director of Graduate, RISE and Online programs, the RISE Coordinator and the Director of Admissions with a variety of tasks related to planning, coordinating, and organizing faculty, and student-relate programs, projects and initiatives. Responsible for confidential and time sensitive material. In addition, the Graduate and Online Enrollment Specialist serves as the recruiter and liaison between the institution's graduate and online programs, and the region's secondary schools, community colleges and 4-year institutions. Primarily recruiting in Dayton, Columbus, Cincinnati, and Indianapolis, IN. The administrative functions are 60% and recruitment is 40%.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Oversee the admissions process for Graduate, RISE, Online programs and undergrad and communicates admissions decisions. Assists with organizing and facilitating the master program's new student orientation. Assigns advisees for the master's program. Responds to inquiries concerning all programs. Conducts research and generates reports as needed. Updates the program website, handbooks, and materials with current information. Work collaboratively across multiple departments with other university personnel. Serve as the primary recruiter for the graduate, RISE and online programs. Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Must demonstrate strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills. Ability to interact with a diverse range of students and stakeholders. Problem solving skills.Minimum Qualifications :
Bachelor' degree. Experience working in education, preferably at a college or university. Must be willing to work some evenings and weekends.Salary :
