Responsibilities of a Entry Level AT&T Assistant Engage directly with potential customers to present and explain the benefits of AT&T's latest fiber internet, television, and wireless services. Conduct in-depth needs assessments to understand customer requirements and recommend tailored solutions that align with their lifestyle and budget. Master our comprehensive sales process, from initial contact to successful customer enrollment, ensuring a seamless and positive experience. Participate actively in daily team meetings and training sessions to continuously refine sales techniques, product knowledge, and communication skills. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities, utilizing our CRM system to track progress and contribute to team goals. Collaborate with team members to share insights, strategies, and best practices, fostering a supportive and high-achieving sales culture. Serve as a knowledgeable and professional brand ambassador for both Capital City Concepts and AT&T, upholding our high standards of integrity and customer service. Stay informed on industry trends and competitive landscape to effectively position AT&T's services as the superior choice for consumers. Qualifications of a Entry Level AT&T Assistant Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust quickly with a diverse range of people.
