Site Manager Opportunity at Tri City Self Storage - Loomis, CA Are you ready to join the team at Tri City Self Storage? We're seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a site manager! If you're enthusiastic about providing excellent service and building relationships as the face of our storage facility, we want to hear from you.

32-40 hours per week
What You'll Do:
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. Provide information about available storage units, pricing, and services. Help customers choose the right storage solution to meet their needs. Conduct property tours and explain security features and access procedures. Manage rental agreements and process payments accurately. Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the facility, including office and storage areas. Perform routine inspections of storage units and common areas. Assist with basic maintenance tasks and ensure proper functioning of facility equipment. Address customer inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly. Collaborate with the team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
Qualifications:
Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude. Strong communication skills, both in person and over the phone. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. Basic computer skills for data entry and record keeping. Physical ability to perform light lifting and walk around the facility.
