Rogers Landscape is a high-end residential landscape construction company based in Loomis, California. Since 2015, we have specialized in professionally managed outdoor construction projects throughout Placer and Sacramento County. Our work includes complex front and backyard renovations involving:- Grading and drainage systems
- Irrigation and low-voltage lighting
- Hardscape and paver installation
- Retaining walls and structural site work
- Concrete, masonry, and excavation

POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking an experienced Landscape Construction Project Manager to lead residential construction projects from field execution through completion. This is a leadership role for someone who can independently manage crews, coordinate workflow, maintain production standards, communicate professionally with clients, and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and at a high level of craftsmanship. This is not an entry-level labor position. But is intended to be hands on, in the field. The ideal candidate has strong field experience, understands residential construction sequencing, can lead crews confidently, and takes ownership of project outcomes. ⸻PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and manage landscape construction crews on active job sites
- Coordinate daily production schedules and workflow
- Read and execute landscape plans and construction details
- Ensure projects remain on schedule and production goals are met
- Maintain high standards for workmanship, organization, and job site cleanliness
- Communicate professionally with homeowners, subcontractors, vendors, and management
- Identify and solve field issues proactively
- Coordinate material deliveries and equipment needs
- Train and develop crew members
- Enforce company safety standards and operational procedures
- Operate and oversee use of construction equipment and tools
- Maintain accurate project updates, progress communication, and accountability ⸻
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 5 years of landscape construction or related construction experience
- Minimum 2 years of crew leadership or project leadership experience
- Strong understanding of residential construction practices and sequencing
- Experience managing crews, schedules, and job site operations
- Ability to operate skid steers, mini excavators, compact equipment, saws, and construction tools safely
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid California Driver's License with clean driving record
- Reliable transportation
- Spanish-speaking ability required
- Ability to relocate to Loomis, CA before start date ⸻
