• Time House Cleaner, or an Almost-Full-Time House Cleaner, or a Part-Time House Cleaner (at least half-time, during the daytime Mon-Friday).

There is no experience necessary at all! We will train you. This is entry level, or you can have housekeeping or maid experience. No weekend work or nights required! However, weekend work is available if you desire. We especially have Sunday work approximately 50%

• 75% of the time, if you are interested.

We are a high-quality house cleaning company, that uses environmentally friendly products, serving our wonderful clients since 1991. You will clean the entire Boulder County area. Most of our jobs are in Longmont, Boulder, Louisville, Lafayette, Erie. Some jobs are also in the Broomfield, Thornton, Westminster area. We try to have you clean the area closest to you as much as possible, but you will clean this entire area.

Wilderness Place, Boulder, CO. (Please check that drive from your house before you apply). You only need to come to the office once per week for a few minutes (you swing by when you are already cleaning a few minutes away from the office, so it's easy). We are not a franchise, and we will treat you right and pay you right!

YOU CAN LISTEN TO YOUR OWN MUSIC ALL DAY!

(We only require you use wireless headphones). This is like getting paid to work out! It is a physically demanding job and very rewarding to move about the city and move your body all day! We offer a $6000 signing bonus! This is paid as a $1000 payment after every four months worked. There are a total of six payments over 24 months worked. You earn this signing bonus if you do your job well with good attendance. The only way to not earn this bonus is if you are performing terribly with terrible attendance. If you don't work 24 months, that is fine, you get to keep every $1000 bonus you received. After 24 months, you can sign up for another signing bonus! You could look at this signing bonus as approximately an additional $2 / hour (even though it is paid all at once every 4 months). Training is approximately 11-13 days (see training pay below), and after training is over you can make up to $26

• $27 / hour if you simply do your job right, including tips. If you look at the signing bonus an additional approximate $2 / hour, this is like $28
• $29 / hour. There is a $1 / hour raise after six months from you first day, and another $1 / hour raise, and four months later another $1 / hour raise. You get the raises by simply doing your job right. The tips are usually approximately $1
• $2 per hour (they can be a little less or a little more). So, by simply doing your job right, the pay (including tips) is: After the 11-12 day training: the pay is between $26
• $27 per hour ($28
• $29 / hour including the signing bonus), After six months from your first day: $27
• $28 per hour ($29
• $30 / hour including the signing bonus), After ten months from your first day: $28
• $29 per hour ($30
• $31 / hour including the signing bonus). This is why we put up to $30 in the ad's pay range. Training is usually approximately 11-13 days, and is paid at $19
• $20 / hour including tips ($21
• $22 / hour including the signing bonus).

Your performance and attendance record dictate how many bonuses you earn and your overall pay. The criteria for the bonuses are very reasonable and attainable and are basically for just doing your job right. We explain the bonuses and pay in great detail in the interview. FOR FULL

• TIME:

  Monday
• Friday. Start at 8:30, finish usually between 3:30 pm
• 5 pm. You drive directly from your house, without going to the office, to arrive at first job by 830 am. Quite often you get off between 3:30p
• 4:30p, but you must be available every day until 5:30p, unless you have requested an earlier finish time.

We always grant your requests for an earlier finish time and / or a day off! Life is supposed to be fun and that means occasionally taking extra time off!

SO, WE ALWAYS SAY YES TO DAY-OFF, SHORTER DAY OR VACATION REQUESTS

(with at least one week's notice). Once you are done with your last job, if we have not said we need you elsewhere, you are done for the day, and are not needed to be available until 5:30.

NO WEEKENDS OR NIGHTS!

(Weekend hours area available only if you want to make extra money).

FOR PART

  You can work less than 5 days per week, but they must be full days where you are available to work until at least 4 pm (preferably 5 pm). See the Full

We only require that you keep your schedule the same for long periods of time (like a month at a time preferably), and not constantly switching. Working Saturday or Sunday, or both, is a possibility if you desire that. We want to make this work for you!

vehicle. Must be physically healthy, able to lift, bend, kneel, and do general labor. This is demanding work. Must be able to speak and write English at a very high level. And good at communication!
