Optician (at least 2+ years experience)

Outgoing, organized, friendly person who has a good sense of fashion, and is interested in helping patients select eye wear.

What You'll Do:

Assist patients in selecting frames and lenses that meet both functional and style needs Accurately take measurements and adjust eyewear for optimal fit Explain insurance benefits and manage billing with clarity and transparency Handle orders, repairs, and follow-up communication with attention to detail Build trust through friendly, respectful, and informative interactions Meet (and exceed) personal and team sales goals in a non-pushy, service-focused way

What We're Looking For:

At least 2 years of optical experience with knowledge of Insurance and Vision Plans Exceptional communication and customer service skills A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a high level of integrity Confidence in eyewear sales and upselling when appropriate Someone who enjoys working as part of a team and cares deeply about patient experience
