Entry-Level HVAC Technician (Start-Up)

Reliant Air Conditioning is seeking motivated individuals to start a career in HVAC. This entry-level role is designed for individuals who are ready to learn a skilled trade, develop technical expertise, and build a long-term career. You'll gain hands-on experience working alongside experienced technicians in residential HVAC service and installation. This is an opportunity for individuals who want stability, growth, and a clear path into a high-demand industry. Assist experienced technicians with service calls, repairs, and installations Learn to diagnose basic HVAC issues and support repair solutions Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work environment Deliver strong customer service and professional communication Follow all safety procedures and company standards Accurately document work in company systems (ServiceTitan) Continuously develop technical and customer-facing skills Required Valid driver's license with a minimum 5-year driving history Strong customer service or people-facing experience Willingness to learn a hands-on trade and work in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends Preferred Mechanical aptitude or hands-on experience (construction, automotive, etc.) Trade school coursework or certification Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or sales Physical Requirements Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly Work in residential indoor and outdoor environments Exposure to varying weather conditions and confined spaces Frequent standing, bending, climbing, and kneeling Pay and Benefits Competitive hourly rate Weekly pay Overtime opportunities during peak seasons Performance-based pay opportunities as skills develop Medical, dental, and vision insurance Company-paid life insurance Voluntary benefits (critical illness, accident coverage) Paid time off and holidays As skills and experience grow, employees can advance into HVAC Service Technician roles with increased responsibility and earning potential.
