WHAT YOU'LL DO
Front Desk & Guest Experience Greet and assist visitors, interview candidates, and deliveries. Manage visitor badges, seating, and special requests (rental cars, fitness center access). Handle mail, postage meter, and parking validations. Provide security support for uninvited guests and terminated employees. Kitchen & Facility Maintenance Stock, maintain, and tidy the kitchen, ensuring it is clean and organized. Submit and follow up on maintenance requests (temperature, lighting, restrooms, elevators, odors, exterminator). Act as point of contact for building management, repairs, and renovations. Serve as Fire Warden for inspections and alarms. Office Administration & Coordination Support office communications, space planning, employee moves, conference rooms, and special orders. Coordinate with IT on equipment and access badges. Assist with onboarding and termination processes. Inventory, Supplies & Ordering Track and order all kitchen, office, and executive supplies. Maintain postage supplies and usage reporting. Review and process invoices, assist with expense reconciliations, and handle vendor setup as needed. Executive & Administrative Support Provide direct support to visiting leadership (stocking, lunch orders, travel bookings, parking forms).
WHAT WE NEED
High school diploma required Proven 3-to-5-year track record for one company, preferably in client/customer service Superior people skills- professional, friendly, and helpful in all interactions High attention to detail and proactive problem-solving Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Professional demeanor with ability to handle sensitive situations Excellent organizational and time management skills, and ability to multi-task Experience with CRM systems preferred Business professional dress attire required
