At Omni Fiber, our Outside Sales Representatives play a key role in bringing cutting-edge, reliable internet directly to customers' doorsteps. In this role, you'll engage with homeowners through face-to-face conversations and in-home consultations, helping them discover the value of high-speed fiber internet, voice, and TV services. You'll own your territory, build relationships, and drive real impact by growing our customer base in the communities we serve. This position supports the Sharon region, primarily working within Sharon, Hermitage, Sharpsville and surrounding areas. Expect Schedule:

Qualifications:

Strong desire to succeed in a quota-driven sales role. Valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, and minimum state-required auto insurance policy. Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently. A positive and outgoing demeanor with the confidence to approach potential customers and handle rejection professionally. Familiarity with mobile devices such as iPads and mobile phones. Use of a personal vehicle is required. After traveling 50 miles roundtrip in your assigned territory, you will be reimbursed at the existing allowable IRS rate.
