Entry Level Sales Associate

We are currently seeking Entry Level Sales Associates to join our Scranton team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging directly with customers to identify their needs, present and recommend products and services, and close sales. You will manage the full sales process, including qualifying customers, explaining product features and benefits, handling objections, and completing transactions accurately. This position involves consistent interaction with customers, the ability to communicate value effectively, and a focus on achieving daily and weekly sales targets. You will also be responsible for maintaining product knowledge, supporting team sales goals, and ensuring each customer interaction is handled with professionalism and efficiency.

Entry Level Sales Associate Qualifications:

Pay:

$50,733.32 - $61,098.19 per year
