Job Description

Job Expectations:
Must have experienced bookeeping/accounting and be able to work in a fast-paced, challenging work environment. Must be able to work closely with other employees in a small team environment. A friendly, positive attitude is a must. Individual must be highly motivated, a focused multi-tasker, dependable, honest, confidential, trustworthy, and company dedicated. Must be able to submit to a background check. Real Estate background preferred, but not required. Any candidate who is related to or closely-related to any staff or agent of our office, will unfortunately not be considered. Must have valid drivers license, minimum a high school diploma or equivalency, but post high school educational finance background preferred and minimally on the job bookkeeping experience required. Must be proficient in accounting softwares, all basic computer programs, including Excel and Microsoft Office.
Position Hours:
Monday through Friday. 9-5pm & special events, if needed.
Brief Job Duty Description:
Perform accounting bookeeping duties, A/R, A/P, reconcillation, billing, banking, real estate & property management rental payouts and programs, tax filings, payroll, taxes, file processing, sales report coordination, data entry, customer service, & staff/agent/office coordinations.
