Entry-Level Water, Fire & Mold Restoration Technician

RCM Restoration Services is hiring Entry-Level Water, Fire & Mold Restoration Technicians to join our growing field operations team. This is a hands-on role for dependable individuals looking to build a long-term career in the restoration industry. No prior restoration experience required — we provide training for motivated candidates with a strong work ethic. What You'll Be Doing Assist with water, fire, and mold restoration jobs Perform demolition, debris removal, and job site cleanup Set up and monitor drying equipment (fans, dehumidifiers) Remove damaged materials (drywall, flooring, insulation, contents) Follow safety procedures and company protocols Work alongside experienced technicians and supervisors Maintain clean, organized job sites Represent the company professionally on-site What We're Looking For Reliable, punctual, and ready to work Willingness to learn and follow instructions Ability to perform physical labor (lifting, standing, bending) Comfortable working in residential and commercial environments Positive attitude and strong work ethic Ability to work in fast-paced, sometimes emergency situations Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (preferred) No Experience?
