We're #Brave #Agile #Keen #Engaged Job Summary As an EHS Coordinator , you'll play a key role in fostering a proactive safety culture across our manufacturing operations. Reporting to the EHS Manager, you'll lead initiatives that ensure compliance with OSHA and other regulatory standards, while promoting employee engagement in safety programs. Key Responsibilities Champion a culture of safety by implementing and maintaining EHS programs Ensure compliance with OSHA, NFPA, and other regulations Conduct safety audits and recommend corrective and preventive actions Lead and support incident investigations and reporting Develop and deliver engaging safety training for all employees Maintain accurate safety records and documentation Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve workplace safety Support contractor safety compliance and insurance requirements Participate in the Safety Committee and First Responders Team Assist with industrial hygiene monitoring and loss prevention initiatives Stay informed on emerging safety trends and best practices Qualifications Bachelor's degree in occupational safety, Environmental Science, or related experience 2+ years of EHS experience (manufacturing preferred) Strong knowledge of workers' compensation policies and regulations Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and GMP standards Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus Ability to work independently and collaboratively What It's Like to Work Here People-first culture with a strong focus on safety and teamwork Growth opportunities and leadership development as a company we enjoy watching our bakers' grow.
