Epoxy Flooring Installer Pay:

$21-$42/hour (based on experience) Join a fast-growing team at Cape Epoxy—one of New England's leading epoxy flooring companies with over 12 years in the industry. We specialize in high-quality residential and commercial flooring systems known for durability, style, and long-term performance. We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented individual who takes pride in their work and thrives in a hands-on environment.

What You'll Do:

Prepare surfaces (including concrete grinding and prep work) Apply epoxy coatings and topcoats using rollers, brushes, and tools Follow project guidelines and safety procedures Work independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality results

What We're Looking For:

Strong work ethic and attention to detail Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Physically capable (kneeling, lifting 50+ lbs, active work) Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Willingness to travel to the North Shore and Greater Boston area

Experience:

1+ year of epoxy experience preferred No experience? We're willing to train the right candidate

Schedule:

Full-time, Monday-Friday (some weekends as needed)
