Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on all machinery Identify and resolve issues within major systems on compact equipment to ensure optimal performance Execute comprehensive system overhauls and rebuilds Utilize welding techniques for equipment repair Collaborate seamlessly across departments including Parts, Service, Sales, and Rental to support team goals Complete various additional duties as directed by your supervisorRequired Qualifications:
At least five years of professional experience servicing heavy machinery such as excavators and skid steers Comprehensive mechanical knowledge with expertise in hydraulics, diesel engines, electrical systems, and diagnostics Demonstrate a proactive, organized, and energetic approach while managing multiple tasks and utilizing computer systemsProfessional Development:
Acquire specialized knowledge regarding specific equipment makes and models Obtain industry-recognized certifications including ASE, Powerfluid Society, and manufacturer credentialsEssential Skills:
Developing and implementing preventative maintenance schedules Executing complex heavy equipment repairs Applying advanced mechanical troubleshooting techniques Performing diverse maintenance and repair tasks Maintaining and repairing lift trucks Servicing diesel and heavy equipment systems Working with hydraulic components and systems Diagnosing and repairing heavy equipment electrical systems Interpreting electrical schematicsEqual Opportunity Employer:
