Equipment Operator

Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and skilled Equipment Operator to join our Landscaping team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating a variety of machinery and equipment to support and assist on landscaping projects, ensuring safety, efficiency, and precision on site. This will consist of site preparation to material handling, contributing to the timely completion of landscaping installs. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with updated equipment and develop your skills in a fast-paced environment dedicated to excellence. Responsibilities Operate equipment such as skid steers, excavators, dingo's, and other machinery safely and efficiently. Manage the operation of equipment transportation. Must be knowledgeable of hauling equipment and strapping down/ pulling equipment. Assist with site preparation by leveling ground, excavating trenches, and moving materials using appropriate machinery. Conduct routine inspections of equipment before and after use to ensure proper functioning and safety compliance. Collaborate with team members to coordinate material delivery and movement across the landscaping site. Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a secure work environment for yourself and others. Requirements Must have a valid drivers license. Can pass a drug test. Experience operating skid steers, and excavators. Experience hooking up, loading and hauling materials. Skills Proven experience operating construction machinery such as skid steers and excavators. Mechanical knowledge of equipment listed above, maintenance and troubleshooting. Ability to operate machinery like Caterpillar equipment confidently. Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all teams. Manage daily tasks, and prepare for the following work days. Join us in building a solid team! Pay:

$21.00 - $23.00 per hour
