Position:

Equipment Operator (Seasonal) Energetic and skilled on-site specialist needed for seasonal, full-time work (approx. April-October, M-F with some Saturdays). Partner with the supervisor to ensure timely, high-quality asphalt and concrete project completion. Reliability and a strong work ethic are essential. Primary Tasks Operate equipment for asphalt/concrete repairs: patching, crack sealing, spray injections, storm drain repairs. Maintain and operate asphalt, snowplowing, and salting equipment; drive dump trucks and asphalt oil tankers. Perform equipment/truck maintenance and repairs, including rebuilding asphalt equipment. Assist laborers with tasks like raking/shoveling asphalt as needed. Manage project tasks within the weekly schedule. Benefits + Pay $26 - $30/hour (based on experience). Preferred Skills & Experience Experience in asphalt repair/maintenance, construction, landscaping, or related fields. Operation of skid loaders, rollers, wheel loaders, dump trucks, asphalt patching machines. Snow removal experience.
